European Life~ Why Cruise the Mediterranean

One of the most beautiful interesting places to vacation is in Europe. The things I enjoy most about it are the landscapes, architecture, shopping ( Ha Ha) and the food. I also love how the countries are so close to one another and you can make an extended weekend of it visiting various countries.

I’ve been to Italia several times but I wanted the local experience this visit. I’ve seen the history of this ancient country but I planned to just bask in Italian living.

My first stop was Rome Italy, The Eternal City filled with architecture, ancient ruins, and plenty of biblical history to share with visitors.

The Essence of Roma

I wanted to enjoy the Italian experience so I took a local pasta and gelato cooking class. That was an amazing experience and I learned how to make Italian pasta. It was delicious. Mmmm🥰

Life with the Locals

I had fun hanging out on the streets of Rome just mingling with the people of different cultures. It was just cool to experience the vibe of something different.

Next stop Venice

My three days in Rome and Venice were memorable. I had the opportunity to see what life at night in Rome was like visiting views that I’d never seen. The hospitality from the locals was great and I had a chance to spend time with longtime friends in Venice. It was worth the visit to do something different this time touring Italia.

Cruise Time

Now it’s time to cruise…. I will spend the next seven days on the Royal Caribbean Enchantment of the Seas cruise ship touring The Greek Isles.

I love cruising it really is the best vacation ever. So many amenities for the price and just being on the beautiful ship is like being at a fancy hotel and the tour stops are just a bonus.
